## How to work with CREATIIV
Every new dealer starts with a free 15-minute call (https://calendly.com/creatiiv). We look at the lot and how buyers find it today, and say plainly what we would change, or that it isn't a fit. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, and new dealers start with 7 days free. We go through which plan fits on the call.

Existing customers log in at https://app.creatiiv.ai as usual. Ad spend is never included; it is billed to the business's own Meta and Google ad accounts.

Sebastian, our AI, does the day-to-day work. Vera checks every action before it goes live, any part can be switched to "Ask me first", and a real person stands behind every reported problem.
